Experience... Our Breakfast & Recipes
Our inn has been recognized as one of ten Virginia B&Bs with a notable breakfast.
Sink your teeth into one of our famous Sweet Potato Biscuits with Virginia Country Ham. Every day provides a new experience with “Farm to Table” dishes, a cup of our freshly-brewed signature coffee, and homemade preserves. Come and taste it for yourself!
Experience...Our Gardens
Meander along the pathways and you just might find yourself stopping to smell the roses. Butterflies and hummingbirds will flitter past–and the very flowers you admired may just make their appearance again at your bedside or breakfast table.
Experience...Our Front Porch
Be sure you leave time in your schedule to experience one of our inn’s most loved features. Whether you want to nap, swing, people-watch or curl up with a good book, the wrap-around front porch provides the perfect place to do so. The friendly locals and vacationers are sure to wave and greet you as they stroll by.

Guest Comment~
“Tammy & Jim are wonderful hostess/host; the rooms beautifully decorated & comfortable; the Inn is a few blocks from the Chesapeake Bay & the shopping area; & the breakfasts were a real treat (tomatoes from their garden in November, Mamma’s fruit compote, kale/brussel sprout salad; Jim’s breakfast surprises, never will forget the French toast with a dollop of bourbon/maple ice cream). The Eastern Shore of Virginia is a real treasure.”
